Erick G. Wolf is a seasoned professional with over four decades of expertise in various sectors, spanning Crop Protection, Animal Health, and Pharmaceuticals. Hailing from La Quinta, California, Erick has made a significant impact on the industry through his roles in leadership, marketing, sales, and business development. Currently serving as the CEO of Innolytics, LLC, a company he co-founded in 2003, Erick has dedicated his career to developing groundbreaking contraceptive technologies to manage pest birds and other wildlife effectively.
Erick's journey in the industry began with his educational pursuits, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/Biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University in 1977. His academic journey continued, and in 1979, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the university's School of Business. This strong educational foundation gave him the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in the diverse fields he would later excel in.
Throughout his remarkable career, Erick held key positions in internationally recognized companies. Notably, he served as the Vice President, International at Phibro Animal Health, where he oversaw global operations from 1996 to 2003. Before that, he contributed his expertise to Phillip Bros Chemicals in Teaneck, New Jersey. His extensive experience also includes positions at American Cyanamid in Wayne, New Jersey, Wolfratshausen, Germany, and Brussels, Belgium, during the period from 1979 to 1995.
Erick's dedication to advancing wildlife contraception is evident through his numerous publications. His work has been featured in both peer-reviewed scientific literature and industry-specific journals. Among his significant publications are:
"OvoControl P 0.5% (nicarbazin) Population Dynamics in Pigeons." This work was presented as a poster as part of the 6th International IPM Symposium in Portland, Oregon, in March 2009.
"The Political and Social Barriers for Contraception in Pest Birds: A Case Study of OvoControl (nicarbazin)." This publication can be found in the Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine, specifically in volume 44(4S), with pages S132-S134, published in 2013.
