PVC Tripod – Assembly Instructions
Tools Required = Phillips head screwdriver
The PVC Tripod for the Small Direction Feeder requires some assembly. Begin by unpacking the box and confirm all parts are present — careful of sharp screws. Assemble the tripod as follows (see picture guide below),
-
Begin with all three large PVC legs and metal turnbuckle aligned on a flat surface. Legs are numbered 1, 2 and 3, left to right. Position the metal turnbuckle between leg #1 and #2. Keeping the two legs with offset pre-drilled holes (#1 and #3) on the outside, insert the threaded rod through all three legs and the metal turnbuckle.
-
Install the threaded rod through the legs and a washer on either end of the rod. Loosely fasten the two thumbscrews to keep the assembly together.
-
Stand up the assembly and spread the three legs apart into a tripod — legs approximately 48″ apart. Loosely fasten the three 1/2″ PVC supports — all holes are pre-drilled.
-
Tighten thumbscrews and make necessary height adjustments on the turnbuckle. Tighten PVC supports.
-
Hang your feeder from the hook.
